1. The Offer
To celebrate the launch of our website, More House Services LLC (“More House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is offering an extra 15% off a new recurring cleaning plan for its first three billing cycles when you add the coupon code MORE15 while building your plan on morehousellcny.com (the “Site”). We call this the “Offer.”
By subscribing with the code, you accept these Offer Terms. We link them next to the coupon field and in your confirmation email. They add to our Terms of Service, including its rules for all coupons (Section 5.1), which still apply to your plan. If the two differ about the Offer, these Offer Terms apply.
2. Who Can Use It and When
- Who. Anyone 18 or older who starts a new weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plan on the Site, at an address we serve.
- When. Subscribe with the code by October 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. After that, the code no longer works.
- How. Enter the code when you build your plan, before you pay. The extra 15% cannot be added after checkout, to a plan that is already active, or to a charge that was already made.
- Limit. One use per customer, and one per service address.
- Not included. One-time cleanings (“Just once”), commercial cleaning and other custom quotes, and any plan or service set up outside the Site.
3. How the Discount Works
A few words we use below:
- Regular price means the price with no discount: what the same cleaning costs when booked once.
- Plan discount is the discount the Site shows for your frequency on the day you subscribe or change your frequency.
- Plan price is the regular price of your plan minus your plan discount. It is what your plan costs without this Offer.
With the code, the extra 15% is added to your plan discount, and that total discount is taken off the regular price. Prices are in whole dollars, and with the code we round in your favor: your total discount is never less than your plan discount plus 15%. With the plan discounts the Site showed when the Offer began:
- Weekly: 25% + 15% = 40% off
- Bi-weekly: 15% + 15% = 30% off
- Monthly: 5% + 15% = 20% off
For example, on a weekly plan with a regular price of $100 per cleaning, you pay $60 per cleaning with the Offer and $75 per cleaning once it ends.
4. How Long It Lasts and What You Pay Afterward
- The extra 15% applies to your first three billing cycles: the payment you make when you subscribe and your next two renewals. Your plan is billed every 30 days, so this covers the first 90 days after you subscribe (the “Promotional Period”). This is what “3 months” means in our ads.
- Your fourth plan payment, 90 days after you subscribe, and every renewal after it are at your plan price, without the extra 15%. Your plan keeps renewing automatically every 30 days at that price until you cancel. To avoid that fourth payment, cancel before that day.
- Before you pay, we show you what you pay today, at each renewal during the Promotional Period, and after it, with the dates. Your confirmation email repeats those amounts, and we email you a reminder before your fourth payment.
- The Offer does not change how you book. The cleanings of each 30-day cycle are booked and used within that cycle, as described in Section 6 of our Terms of Service.
5. What the Discount Covers
With the code, everything in your plan when you pay gets the same total discount, your plan discount plus the extra 15%: your rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, the add-ons you choose, and any Deep clean or Pet clean you select then.
5.1 Add-Ons
- Add-ons you choose when you subscribe are part of your plan: they get the extra 15% during the Promotional Period and keep your plan discount after it.
- Any add-on you add after you have paid is charged at its regular price, with no plan discount and no extra 15%, on top of your plan. This includes an add-on you removed from your plan and want back.
5.2 Deep Clean and Pet Clean
- As in every new plan (Section 3.2 of our Terms of Service), Deep clean and Pet clean are upgrades for your first cleaning only. Each is charged once, with your first payment, and does not repeat. The plan builder shows what it costs before you pay.
- If you select one when you subscribe with the code, it gets the same total discount as the rest of your plan.
- If you ask for one later, it is charged with no plan discount and no extra 15%. The price of the cleaning itself does not change.
6. One Code, One Time
Once a code has been applied to a plan, no other promo code, coupon, or offer can be added to it.
Apart from your plan discount, the Offer cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
7. Cancelling or Changing Your Plan
- You can still cancel anytime, online and with no cancellation fee, as described in Section 6 of our Terms of Service. The Offer has no minimum commitment.
- If you cancel during the Promotional Period, the extra 15% ends. Before you confirm, we tell you so and show you your plan price. You keep the extra 15% on what you have already paid: we never charge it back. It does not come back if you resume your plan or start a new one, which are billed at your plan price.
- If you change your frequency during the Promotional Period, the extra 15% ends, even if you change back. We show you the new price before you confirm. Nothing is charged or refunded when you switch: the cycle you already paid for keeps its cleanings, and from your next renewal you pay the plan price for your new frequency.
8. Misuse
If the code is used in a way these Offer Terms do not allow, for example more than once for the same customer or address, we may end the extra 15% on that plan. We will email you at least five business days before the first renewal at your plan price, and you can cancel before it.
We may also switch the code off before October 14, 2026, to correct an error or to stop misuse. That does not change a plan already paid with it.
